石灰炉配料控制算法

The Forward Control Algorithm of Lime Kiln

目前 ,石灰炉的配料控制算法普遍没有解决好配料过程中的累计误差问题。本文通过对石灰炉工艺过程的分析 ,给出了一种能够减小配料累计误差的石灰炉两步配料控制算法。实践证明该控制算法是一种简便实用、控制优良的优化算法。

Using present feeding control algorithm,the problem of accumulative errors in the feeding procedure is not solved well.Two steps feeding control algorithm,that can reduce the accumulative errors,is presented in this paper through analysing the process of lime kiln.The results verify that this algorithm is an efficient algorithm for enginerring design.Because of using this algorithm,not only the precision of feeding is improved,but also it plays an important role to keep an equable condition of lime kiln.
