摘要 病例资料患者,女，57岁。左侧腰部酸胀感5d。外完B超检查提示左肾上腺区可见6.0cm×6．3cm实质性低回声占位，体格检查：T36.5℃,P70次/分，R17次/分，BP135/86mmHg，腹平软，无压痛反跳痛，
