摘要病例资料患者,男，60岁。左腕部包块5年余,疼痛加重2周入院。患者于5年前不明原因出现左腕部包块，进行性增大,局部无压痛，左腕部活动进行性减小，未行正规治疗。近2周患者左腕部感疼痛，并加重，疼痛不能缓解,
