环境化学物调控缺氧诱导因子在其所致毒效应中作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 缺氧诱导因子(hypoxia—inducible fatom,HIFs)是Semenza等于1992年在低氧诱导的肝细胞癌Hep3B细胞株的核提取物中发现的一种蛋白质,因发现该蛋白可调控多种低氧反应基因的转录水平.从而参与低氧反应信号转导过程,遂命名为缺氧诱导因子。HIFs作为调节氧稳态的核心转录因子,广泛地表达于哺乳动物的各种组织和细胞,
