摘要
目的采用CT原始数据建立胫骨平台后柱骨折的三维实体模型,Mimics和UG软件设计出骨折复位后的个性化解剖型接骨板。方法选取1例胫骨平台后柱骨折患者的CT扫描原始数据,导入Mimics软件,得到患者胫骨平台后柱骨折模拟复位后的三维实体模型;以STL标准格式将模型输出,导入UG NX 7.0软件,设计出接骨板的内外表面,确定螺钉孔的位置并设计螺钉孔,再对设计好的接骨板进行数控编程。将生成的数字控制代码输入数控机床,加工胫骨平台后柱的个性化解剖型接骨板。结果成功建立胫骨平台复杂骨折模拟复位后的三维实体模型以及胫骨平台后柱个性化解剖型接骨板的三维实体模型,加工出胫骨平台后柱个性化解剖型接骨板。结论接骨板外形逼真,接近真实情况,具有良好的骨面贴合性和特殊的螺钉孔设计。
Objective To establish a three-dimensional solid model of posterior column fracture in tibial plateau injury based on CT scanning data and design a solid model of personalized anatomic plate by Mimics and UG softwares.Methods The raw data of one patient with posterior column fracture in tibial plateau injury were obtained through the thin slices CT scanning.The data were saved in Dicom format and exported into the Mimics software,and then a solid model of posterior column fracture in tibial plateau was obtained.After the tibial plateau model was output by UG NX 7.0 software in STL format,the best surface fitting model with the plate was selected on the basis of surgical experience,and the position of screw hole was determined and designed.The personalized anatomic plate of posterior column fracture in tibial plateau was made according to NC codes from programmed plate.Results A three-dimensional solid model of complex tibial plateau fracture was constructed.A three-dimensional solid model of personalized anatomic plate was established,which had good facial fit and special design of screw holes.The personalized anatomic plate model of posterior column fracture in tibial plateau was successfully machine-made.Conclusion The personalized anatomic plate is realistic and closed to the normal structure of posterior column of tibial plateau,which has better surface fitting and special design of screw holes.
