江苏省部分放射治疗机适形多叶光栅野剂量学验证 被引量:3

摘要 目的用热释光剂量计(TLD)胶囊开展10条光子线束规则野和不规则野放射治疗临床剂量学验证。方法在不同型号的放射治疗计划系统(TPS)工作站上设计7种多叶光栅野,包括参考线束输出野,小的多叶准直器(MLC)方形野,MLC圆形野,MLC倒置Y形野,MLC不规则野,加楔形板MLC不规则野和小的MLC矩形野。使用TLD监测方法分别验证6MV和15MV X线水下10cm处吸收剂量。结果 TLD测量值与TPS计划值的相对偏差在-6.3%—6.4%范围内,±5%以内的占96.2%,超出±5%外的占3.8%。结论 TLD方法作为检查适形放射治疗剂量质量保证的方法准确可靠。
