高危型HPV感染负荷量预测宫颈病变转归可能性的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究高危型人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染负荷量与宫颈病变程度的相关性,以探讨HPV负荷量预测宫颈疾病转归的可行性.方法第二代杂交捕获技术(hc2 HPV DNA)检测云南省肿瘤医院2010年1月至2011年12月宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)和宫颈癌患者143例HPV感染负荷量,研究高危型HPV病毒负荷量与宫颈病变的关系.结果 CINⅠ患者高危型HPV负荷量显著低于CINⅡ、CINⅢ及各期宫颈癌患者(P<0.05),CINⅡ及各期宫颈癌患者间HPV负荷量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 CINⅠ高危型HPV病毒负荷量较低,CINⅡ、CINⅢ及宫颈癌患者HPV病毒负荷量增高,但病毒负荷量不随宫颈病变程度增加而增高.高危型HPV负荷量不能预测宫颈病变转归,但较高的HPV负荷与CINⅡ、CINⅢ及宫颈癌相关. Objective To investigate the relationship between the high-risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV)infection load and cervical lesions,in order to explore the feasibility of HPV load to predict the outcome of cervical disease.Methods The HPV infection load in 143 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and cervical cancer patients in Yunnan Province Cancer Hospital from 2010.6-2011.12 were detected by the second-generation hybrid capture(hc2 HPV DNA),to study the relationship between the high-risk HPV viral load and cervical lesions.Results High risk HPV loads in CIN I patients were significantly lower than that in CIN II,CIN III and cervical cancer patients(P〈0.05),there were no significant difference among the CIN II,CIN III and cervical cancer patients(P〉0.05).Conclusion The High-risk HPV viral loads in CIN I patients are low,which increase in CIN II,CIN III and cervical cancer patients.The viral load will not increase with the cervical lesions progress.High-risk HPV load can not predict the outcome of cervical lesions,but high HPV loads are associated with CIN II,CIN III and cervical cancer.
