摘要
:板壳零件毛坯外形的确定是工艺过程设计的一个重要环节。准确的毛坯形状不仅可以节省原材料 ,减少成形后的修边工作量 ,而且是改善成形条件 ,提高成形质量的有效手段之一。长期以来 ,人们进行了大量的探索工作 ,提出了许多预测和估算方法。该文着重于对各种毛坯外形确定方法做原理上的介绍及比较 。
Sheet metal forming processes experiences very complicated deformation affected by process parameters. One of the important parameters is the blank shape, which has a direct relationship with the quality of the deformed parts. For a long time, design methods for the blank shape have been widely studied by many researchers. This paper presents a systematic introduction to the approaches of determining the optimum blank shape, discusses the presently existed problems and the researching orientation in the future.
