病人特异性iPSC源性心肌细胞在长QT综合征发病机制中的研究进展
摘要
诱导多能干细胞(iPSC)源性心肌细胞为疾病特异性和个体特异性心血管疾病的发病机制研究提供了新的方法和思路。本文简介了iPSC的生成和iPSC源性心肌的分化技术,以及病人特异性iPSC源性心肌细胞模型在长QT综合征(long-QT syndrome,LQTS)发病机制研究中的进展。
