详细阐述了玻璃的物理钢化法和化学钢化法的基本原理以及优缺点。根据冷却介质的不同,可将物理钢化法分为气体钢化法、液体钢化法、微粒钢化法。根据处理温度的不同,将化学钢化法分为高温化学钢化法和低温化学钢化法。描述了两种钢化玻璃的特点和应用范围,并对它们进行了系统的比较。
The basic principles, advantages and disadvantages of physical tempering and chemical tempering are expounded detailedly. According to different cooling medium, physical tempering can be divided into gas tempering, liquid tempering, particle tempering. Based on different processing temperature, chemical tempering can be divided in- to high temperature chemical tempering and low temperature chemical tempering. Meanwhile, the characteristics and application range of two kinds of strengthened glass are described and systematically compared.
