摘要
介绍了熔盐电沉积纳米碳粉、碳膜等方面的新进展。熔融碳酸盐能够分解出碳,实现纳米碳粉、非晶碳膜及高结晶度石墨膜的快速制备。熔盐组成、熔盐温度、沉积电位(电流)及沉积基体等都有可能影响碳沉积物的形态、微观结构及尺寸。
The new developments in electro deposition of carbon nano-powder and carbon films in molten salts are introduced. The CO32- can be reduced to carbon, which can form carbon nano-powder, amorphous carbon film and graphite film. The composition and temperature of molten salts, the deposition potential (current) and substrate may have effect on the configuration, micro-structure and size of the deposits.
