摘要 天然多糖类化合物是口服结肠靶向给药系统载体的一个研究热点。简要综述了果胶、壳聚糖、魔芋胶、环糊精等天然多糖类化合物在口服结肠靶向给药系统的应用进展,并展望了其发展趋势。 Natural polysaccharide polymer is a research focus in carrier material of oral colon-specific drug de- livery system. Recent application progress on natural polysaccharide polymer as pectin, chitosan, konjac glucoman- nan, cyclodextrin, etc, in oral colon-specific drug delivery system is reviewed, and the prospects of its development trend are pointed out.
