含氟、锌、银羟基磷灰石涂层的制备与结构表征 被引量:2

摘要 以四水合硝酸钙、五氧化二磷为原料,以无水乙醇为溶剂,利用六氟磷酸、六水合硝酸锌、硝酸银作为氟、锌、银的引入剂制备出含有特定比例的溶胶液。采用浸渍-提拉法,利用上述溶胶液在钛合金表面形成均匀的液相涂层,然后在150℃干燥15min,600℃反应15min后自然冷却,成功制备出含有3种微量元素的羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、以及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品的表征发现:所得到的新材料中,羟基磷灰石为其主要的无机晶体结构,3种微量元素均匀分布于羟基磷灰石涂层内,对羟基磷灰石的形成未造成影响。 Using calcium nitrate tetrahydrate and phosphorus pentoxide as raw materials, ethanol as solvent, hexafluorophosphoric acid,silver nitrate and zinc nitrate hexahydrate as the additive of fluorine, silver, zinc, a sol li- quid with certain content was prepared. A uniform liquid coating was prepared by the sol liquid on titanium alloy sur- face. Then dried 15 minutes at 150℃,reacted 15 minutes at 600℃, folleawed by natural cooling. The hydroxyapatite coatings that contain three kinds of trace elements were successfully prepared. The samples were characterized by XRD, XPS, SEM and the results showed that: hydroxyapatite is the main inorganic crystal structure of the new mate rials. Three kinds of trace elements are evenly distributed within the hydroxyapatite coating, having no adverse effect on the formation of hydroxyapatite.
