摘要 ANJ- 2 0 0型智能拉力仪是为测量拖拉机牵引力而设计的。产品设计选用了新型器件 ,采用软件技术实现自动校正零点误差和数字滤波 ,精度高。由于广泛采用 CMOS芯片 ,功耗低 ,热稳定性好。电路使用共基准电压 ,消除了因电压变化而引起的误差。ANJ- 2 0 0型智能拉力仪通过试验各项指标达到或优于行业标准 ,经用户一年的使用 ,效果较好。 ANJ-200 intelligent pulling force instrument was designed for measuring pulling force of tractor. Through employing modern elements and advanced software technology, the product has realized automatic correcting of error of zero point and digital filtering, and a high accuracy is obtained. Less power is needed and little temperature effect happens due to the wide use of CMOS IC. Because the circuit applied common voltage, it has eliminated the error resulting from the increasing and decreasing of the voltage. The diverse indicators of ANJ-200 intelligent pulling force instrument have passed the test and its parameters achieved or exceeded the standard of the same trade. Consumers′ application in one year has shown its good performance. The quality of product had passed the appraisal from Anhui Science and Technology Committee.
