颈部坏死性筋膜炎伴下行性纵隔炎一例 被引量：4

摘要 患者女，67岁。发热1周余，颈部肿胀伴吞咽困难2d于2012年6月11日入院。患者于6月4日无明显诱因发热，当时无颈部肿胀，在其他医院采用头孢噻吩钠抗感染治疗后发热症状好转。
