摘要
该文介绍使用石墨炉平台原子吸收分光光度法 ,并采用塞曼效应进行背景校正 ,以准确测定人体血液及尿液中银的含量 ,研究结果表明 ,方法回收率分别为 93.7%~ 1 0 0 %和 92 .7%~ 1 0 1 % ,方法检测限分别为 0 .4μg/ L和 0 .2 μg/ L,批内相对标准偏差分别为 8.4%和 3.4%。该方法准确度高 ,容易掌握 ,符合检测要求 。
A method was developed for the determination of silver in blood and urine by L′vor platform furnace atomic absporption spectrometry with longitudinal Zeeman effect background correction.The recoveries of the method were in the rang of 93.7%~100% and 92.7%~101%. The detection limit was 0.4 μg/L and 0.2 μg/L, and relative standard derivation was 8.4% and 3.4%.The proposed method was an accurate,simple and promising way.It is possible to apply this method to perform the detemination of silver in blood and urine for biological montoring in occupational and environmental medicine.
