摘要
文章论述了应用 Chapmnn重排制备 N—苯基— 2 ,6—二氯苯胺的合成工艺。以苯胺和 2 ,6—二氯苯酚为原料 ,经酰化、缩合和 Chapman重排 ,水解得到 N—苯基— 2 ,6—二氯苯胺。产率 87.7%~ 91 .1 % .结果表明 ,此改进的方法比 2 ,6—二氯苯胺法和环已酮法生产成本低 ,环境污染小 。
This paper describes the synthetic process of using Chapman rearrangement to prepare N—pheny1—2,6—dichloro—aniline.N—phenyl—2,6—dichloro—aniline was synthesized by four steps including acylation,condensation,rearrangement and hydrolysis from 2,6—dichloro—diphenylamine and aniline with a yield of 87.7%~91.1% .The results demonstrated that with the improved method, production cost can be lowered and fewer environmental pollution may be brounght about in comparison with the method of 2,6—dicholoro—anibine and cyclohexanone,so the presented method may be esaily operated for industrial production.
