摘要
本文介绍了杜氏盐藻的生理生态特征 ,对其主要营养成分进行了定量分析 .结果表明 :吉兰泰杜氏盐藻中蛋白质含量高达 2 9.4 %,脂肪和糖的含量较低 ,盐藻中还含有甘油、膳食纤维及丰富的矿物质和维生素等营养成分 .
In this paper,physiological and ecological characteristics of Dunaliella salina are presented in brief.Main nutrient compositions of Dunaliella salina have been analyzed.Results show that the protein content in it reaches 29.4% while its carbohydrate content and fat content both turn out to be lower.Other nutrient compositions contained in Dunaliella salina are glycerol,dietary fibre,minerals,vitamins,etc.This study provides a scientific basis for the development and utilization of the resources of Dunaliella salina.
