摘要
大型薄板球面体成形一直是板料成形工艺中的难点 ,本文对大型超薄壁球壳的制造提出一种整体成形新方法 .通过应用无模爆炸成形技术 ,解决了薄壁和超薄壁球壳的制造 ,并通过大量工程实践验证了整体结构设计原则和炸药量理论计量公式 。
Forming of large thin wall spherical parts has always been a difficulty in sheet metal working technology. This paper presents a new method,the non die explosive forming method,which has successfully solved the forming of thin wall and extra thin wall spherical parts.Through various engineering operations,design principles of shell structures and calculation formulas of charge have been verified.The broad perspective of this new method is demonstrated.
