奥扎格雷钠联合神经节苷脂治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

Curative effects of sodium ozagrel combined with Ganglioside in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的观察奥扎格雷钠联合神经节苷脂治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取110例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各55例。对照组应用奥扎格雷注射液治疗,观察组在此基础上加用神经节苷脂,均治疗14d。对两组患者治疗前后进行神经功能缺损评分,并评定其临床疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率为92.7%,对照组的总有效率为74.5%。两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组神经功能缺损程度评分下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷联合神经节苷脂能减轻神经功能损害,有助于改善患者的临床症状,提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of sodium ozagrel combined with ganglioside in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 110 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 55 cases in each group. Application of ozagrel injection in the treatment of control group, the observation group used sodium ozagrel and gangliosides. Two groups were treated for 14 days.Two groups of patients were evaluated before and after treatment of neurological function, and its clinical efficacy were assessed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 92.7% ,and control group in the total efficiency of 74.5%. The comparison of the two groups had significant difference （P 0.05）. The degree of neural function defect score in the treatment group decreased, and the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion Sodium ozagrel combined with gangliosides can reduce neurological impairment, help to improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms, and improve quality of life.
