儿外科护士疼痛知识和态度调查

Investigation of pediatric surgery nurses' knowledge and attitude regarding pain

目的了解儿外科护士疼痛知识水平和态度。方法在某三甲医院发出问卷70份,收回65份,回收率为92.86%,有效问卷58份,有效率为89.23%。结果儿外科护士的疼痛知识得分为(19.72±3.16)分。不同教育程度、不同科室护士的疼痛知识得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿外科护士疼痛知识掌握尚显不足,应加强护士疼痛知识相关培训,并给予政策上的支持,提高护士在儿科疼痛管理的作用,减少疼痛对患儿的危害。

Objective To identify the level of pediatric surgery nurses＇ knowledge and attitudes regarding pain. Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate the nurses＇ knowledge and attitudes regarding pain in pediatric surgery nurses from one first-class ternary hospital.70 questionnaires were given to the pediatric surgery nurses,and 65 were returned,the recovery rate was 92.86%,58 valid questionnaires were collected.The effective rate was 89.23%. Results The mean score of PNKAS was （19.72±3.16）. Significant difference of the mean scores was found among the nurses with different educational levels and different departments（P 0.05）. Conclusion Nurses＇ knowledge of pain is still insufficient. It is implicated that training course of painful knowledge is needed to educate pediatric surgery nurses to enhance their pain knowledge. And more policy support should be given in order to improve the nurses＇ role in pain management and reduce the harm of pain on children patients.
