冠心病治疗过程中综合护理干预的疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of the synthetic nursing in the process of the coronary heart disease

目的观察冠心病治疗过程中综合护理干预的疗效。方法通过对102例冠心病患者分别进行一般护理及综合护理,并进行测评比较。结果综合护理组总有效率为96.1%,明显高于一般护理组的84.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后综合护理组服药依从性为98.0%,明显高于一般护理组的88.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病患者采取综合护理,可以提高其临床治疗效果,缓解患者病情。

Objective To observe the effect of the synthetic nursing in the process of the coronary heart disease. Methods 102 patients with the coronary heart disease were nursed respectively by either the general duty nursing or the synthetic nursing. And the effect of two groups were proceed to assess after testing and measuring. Results The total effective rates of the synthetic nursing group was 96.1%, and higher than 84.3% of the general duty nursing group. Their difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Insisting on the drug administration dependence of the synthetic nursing group was 98.0%, and higher than 88.2% of the general duty nursing group. Their difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The synthetic nursing can obviously increase the clinical treatment effectiveness and release the coronary heart disease patient＇s condition.
