人文关怀在经尿道前列腺电切除手术护理中的应用

Application of humanistic care in nursing of transurethral resection operation

目的探讨人文关怀在经尿道前列腺电切除手术护理中的应用。方法选择笔者所在医院2003年5月~2005年10月收治的经尿道前列腺电切术患者150例,随机分为两组,对照组行常规护理,观察组实施人文关怀护理,就两组临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,护理满意度及手术质量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论人文关怀在经尿道前列腺电切除手术护理中应用,可降低并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,提高患者护理满意度,明显改善生存质量。

Objective To explore the application of humanistic care in nursing of transurethral resection operation. Methods 150 cases of patients with transurethral resection in our hospital from May 2003 to October 2005 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received routine nursing care,observation group were implemented humanistic care.Clinical data of two groups were retrospectively analyzed. Results In the observation group,the complication rate was significantly lower than that of control group;nursing satisfaction and operation quality was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion The humanistic care in transurethral resection operation can reduce the incidence of complications,shorter hospitalization time,improve patients＇ satisfaction with nursing care and improve the life quality.
