体外循环下心脏直视手术的护理特点及重要意义

Nursing characteristics and significance of open heart operation under extracorporeal circulation

目的探讨体外循环下心脏直视手术的护理特点及重要意义。方法笔者所在医院从2010年1月～2011年1月共行体外循环下心脏直视手术的患者230例,对其在手术过程中的护理情况进行回顾性分析。结果行体外循环下心脏直视手术的230例患者,其中手术成功者225例(97.8%),手术失败者5例(2.2%),有2例患者死亡。结论体外循环下心脏直视手术的护理中,护理人员要充分掌握手术器械及物品的性能、用途及注意事项,与手术医生同步进行,以缩短手术的时间;在具体的手术过程中,根据不同患者的不同情况和不同手术医生的不同手术习惯,来灵活配合,以提高手术的成功率,在手术过程中,护理人员的有效配合对于手术成功有着重要的意义。

Objective To discuss the open heart operation under extracorporeal circulation nursing characteristics and significance. Methods In the writer＇s hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 were performed open heart operation under extracorporeal circulation in 230 cases,the operation process of care were retrospectively analyzed. Results Open heart operation under extracorporeal circulation in 230 patients, including 225 cases of patients with successful operation,the ratio is 97.8%,the operation failed in 5 cases, the proportion is 2.2%,2 cases of death. Conclusion Open heart operation under extracorporeal circulation in nursing care,nursing staff should fully grasp the operation of instruments and materials properties,uses and the matters needing attention,and the operation doctor synchronously,so as to shorten the operation time;in the concrete operation process,according to the different patients with different conditions and different operation physicians of different operation habits,to flexible coordination,in order to improve the success rate of operation,in the operation process,the nursing staff effectively with the operation success has important significance.
