总结南阳医学高等专科学校医学检验专业。通过对课程教学目标、教学内容、教学模式、评价体系的改革,初步建立了基于"工作过程"的人才培养模式,突出职业能力培养的课程标准,提高课程教学质量,解决了岗位需求与人才培养之间的矛盾,构建了以服务区域经济为目的、以就业为导向的医学检验专业技能型人才培养的新型课程体系。

Nanyang medical college have established the personnel training mode based on clinic practice through reformation to teaching target,content,mode and evaluation system of medical laboratory speciality, therefore a new course system directed by employment which can benefit local economics is formed,and the question between position requirements and personnel training is resolved.
