摘要
目的分析地塞米松致呃逆的临床特点及治疗方法,并探讨地塞米松致呃逆的发病机制。方法对笔者所在科室38例地塞米松致呃逆患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 38例患者经对症治疗,呃逆多数4～6d左右停止,最长8d停止,病情恢复。结论通过停止使用地塞米松,给予促进胃动力、抑制胃酸分泌、镇静剂等药物治疗及中医针灸等综合治疗4～6d可控制其发作。地塞米松致呃逆,与原发疾病、重复使用、性别有一定关系。
Objective To analyze the clinical features and treatment of dexamethasone caused hiccup and investigate the pathogenesis of dexamethasone caused hiccups. Methods The clinical data of 38 patients with dexamethasone caused hiccups of our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results 38 patients after symptomatic treatment,the hiccups of most patients stopped for 4 to 6 days,and some needed 8 days.All patients＇ illness recovered. Conclusion Stopped using dexamethasone. Seizures of 38 patients were controlled through promoting gastric motility,inhibiting gastric acid secretion,tranquilizers drugs treatment and traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment for 4 to 6 days. Dexamethasone can cause hiccups,which has relationship with the primary disease,re-use and gender to some extent.
