应用糖皮质激素系统治疗带状疱疹疗效对比研究

Comparative study on application of glucocorticoids system in treating herpes zoster

目的研究应用糖皮质激素系统治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法选择笔者所在医院带状疱疹患者60例为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,对照组应用阿昔洛韦片、消炎痛片、维生素B1治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,应用糖皮质激素治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果观察组与对照组比较,在皮损消退时间上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在消除和缓解神经痛方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖皮质激素治疗带状疱疹,可有效减轻症状,具有减少疱疹后遗神经痛发生的优点,在临床上值得应用。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of glucocorticoids system in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods 60 patients with herpes zoster patients were selected as subjects. They were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group patients were asked to use a prescription of acyclovir tablets, indomethacin tablets and vitamin B1, while the observation group were given glucocorticoids additionally. Results Compared with the control group, the skin lesions subsided time of the observation group was not statistically different（P 0.05）, but the elimination and relieves neuropathic pain were better than the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion The glucocorticoids system could be used on herpes zoster, which provides palliation of symptoms, reduces the occurrence of postherpetic neuralgia. It is valuable in clinical application.
