高血糖对脑卒中预后的影响分析

Influence analysis of hyperglycemia and cerebral apoplexy prognosis

目的探讨高血糖与脑卒中预后关系的影响情况。方法分析医院收治的120例脑卒中患者的临床资料,依据血糖情况进行分组,高血糖脑卒中组40例和正常血糖脑卒中组80例。结果高血糖脑卒中组总有效率低于正常血糖脑卒中组,并发症发生率明显高于正常血糖脑卒中组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有效的控制脑卒中患者的血糖水平,对于提高临床治疗效果,降低并发症具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To study the influence of hyperglycemia and cerebral apoplexy prognosis. Methods Analyzed the clinical data of 120 cases of patients with cerebral apoplexy in our hospital.They were divided into hyperglycemia cerebral apoplexy group with 40 cases and normal Glu cerebral apoplexy group with 80 cases. Results The total effective rate of hyperglycemia cerebral apoplexy group were lower than normal Glu cerebral apoplexy group,the complication rate were higher than normal Glu cerebral apoplexy group,the differences were statistical significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Effective control of blood glucose level in patients with stroke can improve the clinical effect,and reduce the the occurrence of complications.
