某院临床常见几种药物使用不合理现象分析

Analysis of unreasonable using of several common medicaments in one hospital

目的对笔者所在医院临床几种常见药物的不合理使用情况进行总结和分析,旨在提高临床医护人员、药师在临床实践中的合理用药水平。方法把在临床实践中遇到的比较典型的案例加以总结分析。结果不合理用药的形式可归纳为几种,包括药物选用溶剂不合理、药物的配伍禁忌、药物配置浓度不合理、给药间隔时间不合理、给药剂量不合理等。结论在临床实践中,还应对药物的合理使用予以高度重视。

Objective According to the summary and analysis of unreasonable using of several common medicaments in one hospital,to improve the level of rational use of medicament in clinical practice of the clinical medical personnel and pharmacists. Methods The typical cases in clinical practice had been summarized and analyzed. Results There were several ways of irrational application medicaments which were solvent of medicaments,incompatibility of medicaments,medicaments concentration,interval time using of medicaments and the dosage of medicaments and so on. Conclusion In clinical practice,the rational application of medicaments should be taken more attention.
