摘要
目的探讨护理程序在冷冻治疗支气管内膜结核中的应用效果。方法按照护理程序,对冷冻治疗支气管内膜结核患者进行护理评估,制定护理计划,对患者进行围术期护理。结果患者生理指标正常,无明显的焦虑以及睡眠障碍,无护理差错事故发生,患者满意度较高。结论护理程序理论作为一种计划性的、连续性的全面整体护理照护理论,能很好地指导冷冻治疗支气管内膜结核的护理工作。
Objective To observe the effect of the use of nursing process in caring patients under cryotherapy curing endobronchial tuberculosis. Methods Basing on the nursing process theory, nursing assessment was carried out and nursing plan was put forward. Results Patients were physiologically fine, without significant anxiety and sleep disorders. No nursing errors happened, and patient satisfaction was high. Conclusion The normalization and systematicness of nursing work is improved, and the effect are obvious.
