血液透析患者心理干预的研究

Study on the mental intervention for hemodialysis patients

目的利用汉密尔顿焦虑量表分析和解决维持性血液透析患者的心理问题,以提高其生活质量。方法应用汉密尔顿焦虑量表对透析中心56例稳定期进行血液规律透析患者进行心理测量,根据得分结果,针对个体问题加以指导。结果 56例患者中均存在着不同程度的心理障碍,良好的心理护理使患者处于接受透析治疗的最佳生理和心理状态,积极主动配合护理工作,获得了较好的透析效果。结论良好的心理护理可帮助患者学会自我心理疏导,克服消极心理,增强战胜疾病的信心,延长患者生命,提高生活质量。

Objective Using HAMA to analyse and solve the psychological care measures for patients with maintenance hemodialysis to improve their quality of life. Methods 56 cases with regular received hemodialysis in the author＇s hospital were tested by HAMA in the stable stage. Nursing strategies were design according to the HAMA score. Results 56 patients all have different degree mental obstacle,good psychological care made patients receive dialysis treatment in the best physical and mental state,actively coordinate with the nursing work so as to obtain good results dialysis. Conclusion Good psychological nursing helps patients learn self-psychological counseling to overcome the negative psychology,enhance the confidence to overcome the disease,prolong life and improve the quality of life.
