摘要
目的分析和探讨不同范围肝切除术治疗肝内胆管结石的治疗效果。方法选择在笔者所在医院接收治疗的100例肝脏内有胆管结石的患者进行手术治疗,51例切除左外叶,26例切除左半肝,11例切除右半肝,12例切除肝段,对切除不同范围治疗效果进行了对比研究。结果术后6～12个月,共对86例患者进行了随访,优良率为82.56%。结论实施肝切除术是治疗肝脏内的胆管结石的有效方法,对于一些非局限性的肝内结石治疗,切除半肝和肝段的效果较切除左外叶疗效更好。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of different range liver resections for hepatolithiasis. Methods 100 patients with liver bile duct in our hospital for surgical treatment. 51 cases were cut off liver left outside leaf. 26 cases were cut off left liver.11 cases were cut off right liver and 12 cases were cut of liver segment. The effect of different resection treatment was compared. Results 86 patients were followed up postoperative 6 months to 12 months. The excellent-good rate was 82.56%. Conclusion The implementation liver resection is the effective method of bile duct of liver inside. For some the limitations of intrahepatic calculi treatment, the effect of excision half liver is better than resection of left outside leaf.
