VSD负压持续吸引+抗生素骨水泥链珠治疗31例骨折术后感染

Clinical research of 31 patients of postoperative infection after fracture by antibiotic bone cement chain beads and VSD drainage application

目的探索抗生素骨水泥链珠联合VSD负压引流在治疗骨折术后感染中的应用效果。方法选择2010年9月～2012年3月采用抗生素骨水泥链珠联合VSD负压引流治疗的骨折术后染31例,术后均随访3个月。结果使用抗生素骨水泥链珠联合VSD负压引流治疗31例骨折术后感染,创面愈合时间短,创面清洁,肉芽组织生长良好。结论抗生素骨水泥链珠联合VSD负压引流能减轻患者痛苦,降低患者费用,操作简便,易于掌握,在治疗骨折术后感染效果显著。

Objective To explore the application effect of antibiotic bone cement chain beads and VSD drainage in treatment of fracture postoperative infection. Methods 31 patients of fracture postoperative infection were cured with antibiotic bone cement chain beads and VSD drainage from September 2010 to March 2012. All patients were following up three month. Results The antibiotic bone cement chain beads and VSD drainage had the aintain effective drainage time,there were effective in cleaning wound, promoting the granulation tissue and wound healing. Conclusion The antibiotic bone cement chain beads and VSD drainage technology can significantly reduce the suffering of patients, reduce patient costs,and it has simpler operation, easier to master, more superior to conventional for postoperative infection after fracture.
