血液透析治疗难治性心力衰竭72例临床分析

Clinical analysis 72 cases of hemodialysis in the treatment of refractory heart failure

目的探讨血液透析单纯超滤治疗难治性心力衰竭的疗效。方法运用血液透析单纯超滤治疗难治性心力衰竭72例,观察患者透析前后心功能及各项临床体征的变化,分析疗效。结果 72例患者显效42例(58.3%),有效27例(37.5%),无效3例(4.2%)。患者经血液透析后心功能进步,尿量增多,肾功能逐步恢复正常。结论血液透析能显著改善难治性心力衰竭患者的心功能,且疗效肯定。

Objective To study the clinical effect of simple isolated ultrafiltration in hemodialysis in the treatment of refractory congestive heart failure. Methods To analyze the clinical effect of 72 cases which were treated with simple isolated ultrafiltration in hemodialysis,through by the observation of the ventricular function before and after hemodialysis,and the change situation of all kinds of clinical signs. Results In the 72 patients,there were 42 cases（58.3%）with marked effect,27 cases（37.5%）with effect,3 cases without effect.After hemodialysis,the ventricular function had been improved,the urinary volume was increased,the renal function was returned to normal gradually. Conclusion Hemodialysis can makedly improve the ventricular function of patients with refractory congestive heart failure, and the clinical effect is affirmation.
