隆乳术中剥离范围及假体大小的选择

Dissecting area and selection of prosthetic size in augmentation mammoplasty

目的 介绍一种提高假体隆乳术后效果的方法.方法 选定乳晕最内侧点A,从该点向胸骨中线做垂线并相交于B,以A为圆心,AB-1cm为半径画圆,同时做该圆的内、外及下方切线,以该圆及其与3条切线所包含的范围设计剥离范围,并根据此范围选择相应厚度及大小的假体进行假体置入隆乳术.结果 采用该方法共对197例求美者进行手术,术后均获得了良好的效果.所有求美者术后获随访6个月,其中6例双侧轻微不对称,5例发生包膜挛缩,无其他并发症发生.结论 该方法可以减少包膜挛缩,提高了隆乳手术的满意率.

Objective To introduce an improved technique to achieve good result of augmentation mammalplasty. Methods We decided the medial point of areolar as A, then made a vertical line to midsternal line and intersects at B, let A as the center of circle, AB - 1 em as radius, and draw a circle. To make tangents at medial, lateral and bottom of the circle, the range of the circle and three tangents was the range to dissect. Res ults All 197 patients were operated by the methods mentioned above, the shape of 186 cases looked natural, 6 cases were asymmetry and 5 cases with Baker grades 3 and 4 capsular eontractures. No infection was find. Conclusion It shows that the improved technique we applied can reduce capsular contracture, and results in a good outcome based on our method.
