中西医结合治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛130例临床研究

Clinical research of integrated traditional and western medicine treatment of 130 cases with coronary heart disease stability angina

目的探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法对笔者所在医院2008年11月～2011年11月入院治疗的130例稳定型心绞痛患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其分为A、B两组,B组60例应用硝酸酯类等西医方法进行常规治疗,A组70例在B组基础上应用心血宁片,4片/次,3次/d口服,两组疗程均为2周。结果 A组34例显效,30例有效,6例无效,其总有效率达到91.43%,B组中14例显效,28例有效,18例无效,其总有效率仅70.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对稳定型心绞痛患者应用心血宁片进行中西医结合治疗,效果显著,应予推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of coronary artery disease angina.Methods The clinical data of 130 cases with stable angina pectoris in our hospital from November 2008 to November 2011 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into group A and group B.60 patients of group B were treated by nitric acid esters and western medicine method.70 patients of group A were treated by Xinxuening tablets based on the treatment of group A,4 tablets for each time and three times each day oraled.Two weeks were one course.Results 34 cases of group A were excellent,30 cases were effective,6 cases were invalid,the total efficiency were 91.43%.14 cases group B were excellent,28 cases were effevtice,18 cases were invalid,and the total efficiency were 70.00%.There was a difference significant between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Xinxuening tablets combining with traditional Chinese and western medicine for patients with stable angina is significantly and should be promoted.
