彩色多普勒超声诊断48例膀胱癌的临床分析

Clinical analysis on 48 cases of bladder cancer diagnosed by color doppler ultrasound

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对于膀胱癌的诊断价值。方法总结2010年5月～2011年12月笔者所在医院治疗的48例膀胱癌患者应用彩色多普勒超声进行诊断的经验,并与术后病理结果相比较。结果超声诊断和病理检查的相符率为93.75%,超声分期与病理分期的相符率为88.89%。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断膀胱癌可以精确检测肿瘤的大小、位置、形态和浸润程度等信息,具有准确度高的特点,对膀胱癌的诊断和治疗具有十分重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the value of color doppler ultrasound diagnostic for bladder cancer.Methods Conclused 48 cases of bladder cancer patients used color doppler ultrasound to diagnosis in 2010 May to 2011 December in the author＇s hospital and summed up the experiences,and then compared them with postoperative pathologic results.Results The compliance rate of ultrasound diagnosised with pathologic examination was 93.75%,the staging of ultrasou nd staging compliance rate with pathological was 88.89%.Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of bladder cancer can accurately detect the tumor size,location,morphology and disease degree and other information,it has the characteristics of high accuracy,especially for bladder cancer,so it has a great value in clinical application.
