内镜下止血夹用于结肠粗蒂息肉切除时出血的护理

目的研究探讨止血夹预防内镜下结肠粗蒂息肉切除时出血的护理。方法调查在2011年6月～2012年3月之间来笔者所在医院治疗反复便血、腹痛、腹泻等病情的患者,从其中抽取30例患者,经过结肠镜检查蒂息肉直径>0.5cm,全部都采用止血夹救治,患者的病情差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可分析性。对患者进行手术前、手术中、手术后进行全面的护理。对患者的心理护理和健康教育要加强,注意调节患者的饮食。结果将结肠粗蒂息肉切除的手术进行很顺利,切面均呈现理想的状态,并且经过一系列的护理患者恢复良好,无并发症现象产生,止血成功率达到100%,患者满意度高,均早日康复出院。结论止血夹预防内镜下结肠粗蒂息肉切除时出血的护理,可以有效保证患者的健康,提高患者的满意度,促进患者早日出院。

Objective To study and explore the care methods that hemostatic clamp care for colon coarse pedicle polypectomy bleeding.Methods 30 patients with repeated hemafecia,abdominal pain,diarrhea and other illness in the author＇s hospital from June 2011 to March 2012,after colonoscopy the polyps＇ diameter were greater than 0.5 cm,all the patients were treated by hemostatic clamp,the patients＇ conditions had no significant difference.Given the patients comprehensive care throughout the procedure,strengthen the patients＇ psychological care and health education,noted to adjust the patients＇ diet.Results The intestinal coarse polyps resection operation went very well,the beveling all presented ideal state,it had a good recovery after a series of care,the patients all had no complications.Hemostatic success rate was 100%,patients＇ satisfaction was high,can recovery and discharge early.Conclusion The care methods that hemostatic clamp in the prevention of endoscopic colon coarse pedicle polypectomy bleeding can guarantee the patients＇health,improve their satisfaction and make they discharge early.
