某院外科Ⅰ类切口清洁手术预防用药分析

Investigation and analysis of prophylactic application of antibiotics in clean surgery patients of one hospital

目的了解笔者所在医院外科清洁手术患者预防应用抗菌药物的情况,并探究其应用的合理性。方法对笔者所在医院2009年下半年100例Ⅰ类切口清洁手术的预防用药情况做分析。结果 100例Ⅰ类切口清洁手术抗菌药使用率100%,不合理用药率达70%,不合理的情况主要体现在用药档次过高及术后用药时间过长。结论笔者所在医院外科Ⅰ类切口清洁手术还需进一步规范围术期抗菌药物的应用,以提高抗菌药物合理应用水平。

Objective To investigate the prophylactic application of antibiotics in clean surgery patients of one hospital.Methods A retrospective drug utilization evaluation was performed for 100 cases of prophylactic application of antibiotics in clean surgery patients of the author＇s hospital in 2009.Results The utilization ratio of antibiotics in the clean surgery reached 100%.Unreasonable application rate was 70%.Unreasonable application was in overwork of the antibiotics and overlong of the time for prophylactic application.Conclusion The prophylactic application of antibiotics in clean surgery patients of the hospital should be improved further.
