社区老年高血压合并糖尿病的临床治疗分析

Clinical analysis of community senior hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus

目的调查并探讨社区高血压合并糖尿病患者的治疗方法。方法观察2009年1月～2011年12月在笔者所在社区医院治疗的高血压合并糖尿病的患者140例的用药情况及治疗效果。结果在临床医生的指导下,本组患者在观察期结束时的血糖、血压均较观察前明显下降,未发生严重不良反应事件。结论针对患者具体病情,合理选择降糖、降压药物,以有效的控制患者血糖、血压,减少不良反应及相关并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate and probe the treatment method of community hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods The drug use and the treatment effect of 140 cases with hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus in our community hospital during January 2009 to December 2011 were observed.Results Under the guidance of clinical doctors,the level of blood pressure and blood glucose at the end of the observation period were significantly lower than those of pre observation.No serious adverse events happened.Conclusion According to the conditions of the patients,hypoglycemic drug and hypotensor are chosen reasonably for controlling the blood glucose and blood pressure effectively and reducing the adverse reactions and complications.
