儿童咳嗽
摘要
儿童经常因咳嗽就诊，尽管缺乏使用非处方类止咳药能有效治疗咳嗽的证据，但该类药物仍是儿童咳嗽最常使用的药物。来自家长的问卷调查显示，儿童不伴有喘息的持续性咳嗽的发病率高达5％～10％。咳嗽是一种重要的、生理性的保护性反射，能够清除气道的分泌物和吸入物。咳嗽是一种非特异性的症状，引起儿童咳嗽的很多潜在病因不同于成人。
