不定之处 什么是维持成人减重效果的最有效方法?
摘要
对大多数成人来说减重并不难,但维持减肥效果却绝非易事。在减重计划结束后,约1/3人的体重会在第二年回升,干预组与对照组之间差异很小。随机对照试验表明保持干预可以延长减重效果的维持时间。但采取何种干预方式,如何实施干预还有待研究。
