贵港市覃塘区壮族高血压、糖尿病和肥胖症调查

Survey of hypertension, diabetes mellitus and obesity of Zhuang ethnic group in qintang district in Guigang City

目的探讨贵港市覃塘区居民高血压、糖尿病和肥胖病关系。方法分层随机抽取贵港市覃塘区居民1504例,检测其身高、体重、血压和血糖。结果贵港市覃塘区居民高血压粗患病率为23.9%,其中男患病率为28.1%,女患病率为19.4%,男高于女(x2=15.795,P=0.000);肥胖粗患病率为17.2%,其中男患病率为26.2%,女患病率为7.1%,男高于女(x2=100.494,P=0.000);糖尿病粗患病率为9.8%,其中男患病率为11.6%,女患病率为7.8%,性别比较差异无统计学意义(x2=6.165,P=0.000)。结论贵港市覃塘区居民高血压,肥胖和糖尿病患病率高;男高于女,应当加强健康宣教,加强防治,提昌健康生活方式。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of hypertension, diabetes and obesity in Qintang district in Guigang city. Methods A total of 1 504 residents in Qintang district in Guigang city were randomly sampled. Their height, weight, blood pressure and blood sugar were detected. Results The crude prevalence rate of hypertension for the residents in Qintang district in Guigang city was 23.9% （28.1% for the male and 19.4% for the female）, with the male higher than the female （x 2 =15.795, P=0.000）. The crude prevalence rate of obesity was 17.2% （26.2 % for the male and 7.1% for the female）, with the male higher the female （x 2 =100.494, P=0.000）. The crude prevalence rate of diabetes was 9.8% （11.6 % for the male and 7.8% for the female）, with no statistically significant gender difference （x 2 =6.165, P=0.000）. Conclusion The prevalence rates of hypertension, obesity and diabetes are high in Qintang district in Guigang city, with the male higher than the female, thus health publicity and education should be strengthened, prevention and control should be enhanced, and healthy lifestyle should be advocated.
