山楂水提取液对结肠癌细胞增殖的影响

Effects of water extracts from Hawthorn on Ca-2 cells proliferation

目的观察山楂水提取液对体外培养的结肠癌细胞增殖的影响。方法将山楂饮片采用水煎2次,经滤膜过滤后,稀释成不同浓度,加入Ca-2细胞培养液中分别培养24、48、72及96h。MTT法测定山楂水提液不同浓度及不同培养时间对Ca-2细胞增殖的影响。结果山楂水提液可剂量依赖性地抑制Ca-2细胞的增殖,抑制增殖作用以72h效果最佳,最佳浓度为2g/L。结论山楂水提液对Ca-2细胞增殖具有一定抑制作用,为进一步筛选山楂的抗肿瘤有效部位提供实验基础。

Objective To observe the effects of water extracts from Hawthorn on Ca-2 cells proliferation in vitro.Methods Hawthorn were boiled with water twice,which were diluted to different concentrations after membrane filtration,then were cultured for 24,48,72 and 96 hours after adding to Ca-2 cells medium.The Ca-2 cells proliferation was measured by MTT assay.Results The water extracts from Hawthorn can inhibit Ca-2 cells proliferation with dose-dependent.The optimal concentration was 2 g/L,and the optimal incubation time was 72 h.Conclusion The water extracts from Hawthorn have inhibitory effects on Ca-2 cells proliferation.This provides the experimental basis for further screening Hawthorn antitumor.
