目的概述毛细管分析技术的应用范围。方法查阅近几年中国医药学期刊的报道,整理分析。结果在中药分析、手性药物分析、药物杂质检查、中药有效成分分离及指纹图谱研究等方面应用广泛。结论毛细管电泳技术具有高灵敏度、高分辨率、高速度以及样品少、成本低等优点,被广泛应用于药物分析领域中。

Objective To sketch out the application range of the capillary electrophoresis analysis technology. Methods We had interpretation and analysised the papers of Chinese medicine journal in recent years. Results Capillary electrophoresis analysis technology was widely used in the fields of analysis of Chinese medicine,analysis of chiral drugs,drug impurity inspection,the separation of effective component of traditional Chinese medicine and the study of Chinese medicine fingerprint. Conclusion For capillary electrophoresis analysis technology has the advantages of high sensitivity,high resolution,high speed,less sample and low cost,it is applied to the field of pharmaceutical analysis widely.
