急性阑尾炎手术切口感染因素与预防措施

Incision infection factors and prevention measures on acute appendicitis operation

目的探讨与分析急性阑尾炎手术切口感染因素,并予以有效的预防措施。方法选择2010年1月～2012年1月来笔者所在医院予以手术治疗的592例急性阑尾炎病患为研究对象,根据切口是否感染将其分为两组,比较两组的临床资料。结果 592例急性阑尾炎手术患者中切口感染28例(4.73%),未发生切口感染564例(95.27%),影响切口感染的因素有年龄、肥胖、手术时间、切口类型、留置引流、切除方法及病理类型。结论急性阑尾炎手术切口感染是因多种因素综合而致,为了降低切口感染率,需做好有效预防措施。

Objective Discussion and analysis of acute appendicitis operation incision infection factors,and effective preventive measures.Methods From January to 2012 2010 January my courtyard be operation in treatment of 592 cases of acute appendicitis patients as the research object,according to the incision infection will be divided into two groups,two groups of clinical data.Results In 592 patients with acute appendicitis operation with incision infection in 28 cases（4.73%）,no incision infection in 564 cases（95.27%）,the effect of incision infection factors are age,obesity,operation time,incision type,indwelling drainage,resection method and pathological types.Conclusion Acute appendicitis operation incision infection is due to multiple factors comprehensive way,in order to reduce the infection rate,effective prevention measures.
