卡维地洛治疗心肌病并发心律失常临床分析

Clinical research and analysis carvedilol in patients with cardiomyopathy arrhythmia

目的探讨卡维地洛治疗心肌病并发心律失常的临床疗效。方法将笔者所在医院收治的120例心肌病合并心律失常患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各60例;对照组常规治疗心律失常,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用卡维地洛,治疗3个月判断治疗效果。结果治疗组与对照组比较,显效率、有效率及总有效率差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组对早搏的治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论常规治疗基础上加用卡维地洛可以显著提高疗效,降低心脏早搏次数,可作为优选治疗方案进行推广。

Objective To compare clinical efficacy of carvedilol for treatment of concurrent cardiomyopathy arrhythmia.Methods 120 cases with concurrent cardiomyopathy arrhythmia treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of 60 cases,the control group of 60 cases,control group took routine treatment of arrhythmia,The treatment group treated bye carvedilol based on the control group,estimated the therapy efficacy 3 months after treatment.Results Treatment group compared to the control group,significant efficiency,efficiency and total efficiency of the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）,the therapeutic effect of premature of treatment group was better than the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy can significantly improve when plus carvedilol on the basis of conventional therapy,reduce the number of heart premature,can be used as the preferred treatment programs to promote.
