供应室护士工作压力原因分析与对策

目的通过调查了解供应室护士工作压力状况,分析产生原因并采取针对性的有效措施,预防和缓解压力。方法选取100名供应室护士进行问卷调查,通过预先设计的题目从不同方面了解供应室护士压力状况。结果造成供应室护士压力的主要原因包括护理专业、工作环境、工作管理、工作量及时间分配等方面。结论随着医疗卫生事业的不断发展,供应室护士的工作压力逐渐增大,管理者应当采取有效措施缓解护士工作压力,更好地提高护理工作质量。

Objective To investigate the status of work pressure of nurses in supply room,analysis of causes and took effective measures,prevent and alleviate the pressure.Methods 100 supply room nurses were selected and taken the questionnaire survey.To understand the condition of the pressure in supply room nurse through the preliminary design problem from the different aspects.Results The causes of the pressure of nurses in supply room were among the main causes of the nursing profession,work environment,work management,workload and time allocation etc..Conclusion With the continuous development of medical and health services,supply room nurse work pressure increase gradually,and managers shall take effective measures to relieve the pressure of nurse to improve the quality of nursing work.
