球囊化疗泵与电子化疗泵在持续化疗中的应用分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过对球囊化疗泵和电子化疗泵的应用比较,找出两者的优缺点,为医护择优选择提供依据。方法将64例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为电子化疗泵组和囊性化疗泵组,应用5-Fu持续泵入化疗120h,比较两组的给药时间、配药时间和患者满意度的差异。结果电子化疗泵与球囊化疗泵输注时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但球囊化疗泵较电子化疗泵的加药时间少、患者满意率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论球囊化疗泵能更好提高护士的工作效率并得到患者认可。 Objective To compare the Balloon chemotherapy pump and electronic chemotherapy pump,fund out the advantages and disadvantages of them,to provide a basis for medical preferred choice.Methods 64 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into electronic chemotherapy pump group and cystic chemotherapy pump group,used 5-Fu continuous pump infusion for 120 hours,compared the give medicine time.dispensing time and patient satisfaction between two groups.Results The infusion time of two groups was not statistically different(P 0.05);the opetating time of Balloon chemotherapy pump group were less than electronic chemotherapy pump group,the patient satisfaction of Balloon chemotherapy pump group wsa better than electronic chemotherapy pump group(P 0.01).Conclusion Balloon chemotherapy pump can improve the working efficiency of the nurses and get patients recognition
