神经节苷脂治疗帕金森病68例的临床研究

Clinical observation on ganglioside in the treatment of Parkinson's disease

目的研究神经节苷脂治疗帕金森病的效果和安全性。方法将68例帕金森病患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各34例,两组均给予基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予单唾液酸神经节苷脂GM1,观察两组治疗的疗效及其综合评分量表积分对比。结果观察组有效率为47.06%明显高于对照组的20.59%,观察组患者精神、行为、情绪、日常活动及运动功能评分优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经节苷脂治疗帕金森病具有较显著的临床效果,对改善运动迟缓有一定疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of ganglioside on Parkinson＇s disease. Methods According to random number table,68 cases of PD were divided into observation group （34 cases） and control group （34 cases）.Both two groups were treated with basic treatments, beside that the observation group was treated with GM1. And the two groups＇ effect and unified Parkinson＇s disease rating scaIes（UPDR） of PD before and after treatment were observed. Results The effective rate of observation group was 47.06%,and it was higher than that of the control group which was 20.59%（P 〈 0.05）. The scores of mind, behavior, emotion, daily activity and motor function in patients of observation group significantly decreased after treatment, and better than the patients of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of PD patients with GM1 has curative effect, and has certain effects for make better to improve bradykinesia.
